The “Black Hole” For Civil Rights in Chicago

The disappeared: Chicago police detain Americans at abuse-laden ‘black site’
(Source: The Guardian Newspaper)
Why is THIS not immediately being investigated by the US Attorney General? Instead Eric Holder is doing a book tour huffing about how he’s pissed off he didn’t get to prosecute George Zimmermann or Darren Wilson for non-existent racism charges. He keeps saying “civil rights cases are too hard to prosecute.”
Well yeah… when you’re trying to convict people without evidence I’m sure it is hard to find someone guilty. You’d think as the nation’s most powerful lawyer he’d know that by now. Ya know the whole thing about evidence….
Meanwhile, the police are depriving many Americans… including MOSTLY AFRICAN AMERICANS of their rights in downtown Chicago. Granted they lead the nation in murders and violent crime. (How’s all that gun control doing for ya there in Chicago?)
However, that’s no reason to deprive folks of their basic civil liberties! Yet the Feds do nothing. It takes a BRITISH newspaper to expose it.
Hmmmmm.
I’m sure it has nothing to do with Eric Holder and Barack Obama being good buddies with the MAYOR of Chicago, David Axelrod. Mayor Axelrod was the campaign manager and Chief of Staff for the Obama Campaign and Administration. He was (is?) Obama’s Right-Hand man and best bud.
I’m sure that being FROM Chicago themselves they aren’t trying to cover up problems that could link back to THEM. This couldn’t just be political now could it? Our President would NEVER hide something that would make him or his people look bad now would he?
Especially if it meant letting “brothas” get harrassed by “the man.”
Would he?
